What    makes    a    Superior    Home    Builder    ?

To select a superior Home Builder you must weigh three important characteristics. First, if the contractor is prompt to your appointments and quick and efficient in the preparation of your Custom Home Bid, you have a pretty good idea of how he will operate during the building phase of your home.

Secondly, if he is a good communicator, the whole process will go much smoother. Whether it is good news or bad news, or allowing you to make all the choices, if he will consistently communicate to you and eagerly respond to your questions, you will have a friend at the end of the project.

Thirdly, a builder trying to manage too many projects can only devote so much time to your needs, select someone who is not too busy to take the time necessary to help you all the way through the design, building of your most important project.
